Federico is a VC investor at 3VC, he is currently particularly excited by all things fintech and web 3.0. Previously, he worked as an operator for Heidipay, a Swiss BNPL in the luxury sector, which he joined as employee #3 and helped to scale until series A. Prior to that, he co-founded an HR-tech company in London, where he learnt all the dos and don'ts of early-stage startups. Federico holds an MSc in Management from Imperial College London and a BSc in Economics from Queen Mary University.
