Use the link to add the item to your shopping cart in the online store. Enter the discount code VIENNAUP during the payment process, and the VAT and the 10% discount will be displayed at checkout. Simply show the confirmation email at the reception desk.

How can ViennaUP participants get their day pass, and on which days of the festival?

Show your ViennaUP Wristband for a reduced Day Pass rate of 10€ (incl. VAT) from May 18th until May 29th, 2026. Simply come and say hi at the reception desk and we will take it from there. We are open from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm (closed on public holidays). 

HOIV is opening its space to ViennaUP participants as a relaxed coworking hub for founders, investors, operators, and innovators visiting the city. Throughout the week, participants are welcome to drop in, work between events, hold meetings, or simply connect with others from the global startup community.

With workspaces, meeting areas, and an open lounge designed for spontaneous conversations, HOIV offers a comfortable base during ViennaUP — a place to recharge, collaborate, and stay close to the pulse of the festival.

Access to the coworking space is available with a €2 community access ticket, supporting the ecosystem and keeping the space open and welcoming for everyone.
