Answering the ViennaUP questionnaire doesn't only come with the privilege and satisfaction of shaping a global festival - you also enter the the race to win one of the three festival awards, made up of a ViennaUP 2025 goodie bag (containing a ViennaUP backpack, towel, notebook, keyring, lanyard, and the beloved ViennaU socks), and a special 3D-printed Sheyn vase, which celebrates Vienna's uniqueness through a brand-new, exclusive design.

The Wien Bloym Sheyn Vase

Founded by Nicolas Gold and Markus Schaffer, Sheyn is a Vienna-based design studio that uses state-of-the-art modeling and fabrication techniques to create fully digital designs for your space - and yourself. Their creations are designed and 3D-printed in Vienna from natural ingredients, with little to no waste.

This special edition vase is the result of a collaboration between Sheyn and ViennaBusiness. Like all Sheyn vases, it was printed using a unique ecological compound based on corn that produces a dramatic colour transition, creating a captivating object that looks different from every angle. 

The Vienna Business Agency. A fund of the City of Vienna is responsible for the raffle and is the point of contact for participants. By participating in the competition, you accept the following conditions:

1. The competition begins on May 8, 2025 and ends on May 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

2. Three gift packages will be raffled off in total. Each of the three prizes includes a ViennaUP gift bag and one Sheyn vase. 

3. The prerequisite for participation in this competition is participation in a ViennaUP event. 

4. Employees of the Vienna Business Agency and its affiliated companies and their relatives as well as the program partners are excluded from participating in the competition.

5. The winner will be determined by the Vienna Business Agency by means of a draw immediately after the end of the competition.

6. The winner will be informed by e-mail and must then reply to the Vienna Business Agency within 72 hours of receiving this e-mail in order to secure the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be raffled again among the participants. The prize will not be redeemed in cash.

7. All contact details of the participants that are necessary for processing the prize will be collected and stored for this purpose only. All data stored for this reason will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. No data will be passed on to third parties. Participants are entitled to statutory rights to information, amendment and revocation.

8. Legal recourse is excluded.

9. It is noted that these conditions of participation will be translated into English. However, only the German version is legally binding.

Teilnahmebedingungen

Ansprechpartnerin und Verantwortliche des Gewinnspiels ist die Wirtschaftsagentur Wien. Ein Fonds der Stadt Wien. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel akzeptieren Sie die folgenden Teilnahmebedingungen:

1. Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 8. Mai 2025 und endet am 22. Mai 2025 um 23:59 Uhr.

2. Insgesamt werden drei Geschenk-Pakete verlost. Jeder der drei Preise inkludiert ein ViennaUP Gift Bag und eine Vase von Sheyn. 

3. Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme an diesem Gewinnspiel ist die Teilnahme an einer Veranstaltung im Rahmen der ViennaUP. 

4. Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Wirtschaftsagentur Wien und ihrer Beteiligungsgesellschaften sowie deren Angehörige wie auch die Programmpartnerinnen und Programmpartner sind von der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen.

5. Die Gewinnerin bzw. der Gewinner wird unverzüglich nach Gewinnspielende durch die Wirtschaftsagentur Wien mittels Ziehung ermittelt.

6. Die Gewinnerin bzw. der Gewinner wird per E-Mail informiert und muss im Anschluss bis 72 Stunden nach dem Erhalt dieser E-Mail per Antwort an die Wirtschaftsagentur Wien bestätigen, um sich den Gewinn zu sichern. Meldet sich die Gewinnerin oder der Gewinner nicht innerhalb dieser Frist, wird der Gewinn erneut unter den Teilnehmenden verlost. Der Gewinn wird nicht in bar abgelöst.

7. Es werden alle Kontaktdaten der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer, die zur Gewinnabwicklung erforderlich sind, erfasst und nur zu diesem Zweck gespeichert. Alle aus diesem Grund gespeicherten Daten werden spätestens 30 Tage nach Ende des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. Es werden keine Daten an Dritte weitergeben. Den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern stehen gesetzliche Auskunfts-, Änderungs- und Widerrufsrechte zu.

8. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

9. Festgehalten wird, dass diese Teilnahmebedingungen ins Englische übersetzt werden. Rechtlich verbindlich ist aber ausschließlich die deutsche Fassung.
